My Story
Hi, I’m Jess—a mom of two, a wife, and a former military spouse. My journey as a coach began in 2018 after the birth of my second baby, when I realized how transformative movement could be—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too.
I’m passionate about all forms of fitness and truly believe in the power of mind, body, and soul wellness. My approach goes beyond traditional training; I create programs that are tailored to each individual’s needs—not just their physical goals, but what their soul truly needs. My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself, find joy in movement, and build a lifestyle that brings you strength, confidence, and balance.
I especially love helping young mothers rediscover themselves. As a mom, I understand the challenge of balancing family, self-care, and everything in between.
